Discovery has launched a brand new Instagram page @discoveryfoods!

To celebrate the launch of the brand new Discovery Foods Instagram page that started at the beginning of July, Discovery foods are encouraging all foodie people to get creative in the kitchen. They are looking for the most creative uses of Mexican food with great images to share with all their fans.

Simply create a well  presented Mexican meal using Discovery Food products and share your photo via the Instagram page to be in with a chance of winning one of 10 exciting prizes to the value of £25 every week for 4 weeks!

We were lucky to be sent a range of discovery products to enjoy. As it has been quite hot I wanted to make a meal with salad and wedges so I came to the conclusion to make Tacos.

Discovery Fajita Season & Sauce

Grated Cheese

Sliced Lettuce
Salad
Wedges

1. Heat oil and brown beef in a frying pan. 
2. Add Taco Seasoning and Fajita Season & Sauce. Simmer for 10 mins.
3. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Remove Taco from packaging. Place on a baking tray and heat for 2-3 minutes. 
4. Divide the filling between the Taco Trays. Add grated cheese, lettuce and any other things you may enjoy
5. Remember to serve with salad and wedges.
