Gifts For The Little Book Worm
I always enjoy reading books to Maxwell, I believe they help him with his speech development however since he has got older he always likes to make his own little mark when I am reading a book to him and he loves to get involved. As part of the Parragon Book Buddies we are sent a different book to look at and review each month. This month we were sent a book called "Thank you for being my friend". Thank you for being my friend comes in a lovely little gift box. Inside the box is a cuddly giraffe teddy and a small hardback book.
After lunchtime Maxwell and I sat down and got the book and the cuddly toy out. We learnt the cuddly giraffe's name was called Cleo. We carefully read the book together and Maxwell enjoyed snuggling up to the giraffe. It was the perfect tale to read to Maxwell just before nap time. The book tells a story about adventures and a great friendship. It teaches children not to be scared, it is a heart-warming story.
The box is very well presented and would make the perfect gift for Christmas for that special little one.The cuddly toy is very soft and is small enough for you to put in your child's rucksack along with the hardback book.
This sounds just lovely! I have a little obsession with Giraffes though ;)
